Pray, Hope, Think, Cry, Pray

You think it would never happen to you
you think it would never happen to your family
I know because I once thought the same
you never see how massive it is until it happens
when it does, you look at things different
you see things more clear, but more vague at the same time
you want to figure out what you did to deserve it
you track your sins, and ask God "Why?"
you put your faith in the lord's hands,
and pray for it not to be truthful
pray it is not malignant
pray the tests come back negative
pray, hope, think, cry, pray
