Forgotten
I cannot imagine how it feels to be forgotten
like the gunshot in a park one evening.
They would turn their heads, shocked, and wondered
what had happened, what will happen
and finally, Forgotten.
Certainly, I cannot imagine how it feels
to be searched, to be wanted, to be cried over
and forgotten. Unharmed.
Nothing is harmed without my presence
I wonder how it feels to be lost in a dark,
and I will think of you until you forget all about
me
