Pretty Girl
They had a little girl
As pretty as could be
I’ve seen her in meadows
I’ve seen her in the trees
I’m always walking by her
To speak to her I can’t
When I get the nerve to
I mumble little chants
The next thing that would happen
I would never of guessed
We both stay after school
To play a game of chess
One thing lead to another
And another thing at that
Next they find us kissing
Just behind the rack
Who ever would of guessed
We found this love through chess
That day I found that pretty girl
Is my very best
