Nothing Like a Precious Diamond
I’m walking down this lonely road
With nothing surrounding me
And now I’m all on my own.
I have no where to go and
No one wants me anymore
Because the things I’ve done.
I’m nothing like a precious diamond
That everyone wants to hold,
To be able to say its yours.
The real me isn’t what you want to see
So you pretend that it’s not there
It’s just something in your mind.
As for now, I’m still walking
On this road that will lead
Me no where I need to be.
