Ode to Ugh
I’ve been up much too late, you see
They overwork me horribly
There’s never a soul loving, caring
When the work that I do gets overbearing
And the world remains oblivious
Consumed by their sinful lascivious
And so I toil on, enduring my load
Getting no sleep, driving alert mode
I don’t know how much longer I’ll last
So this midnight oil burning had better flee fast
Or I just might die.
