Bruised

she is bruised mentally and physically
but cant tell a soul
why, because what she knows
nobody’s suppose to know
how she feels inside
can never be let out
sometimes making her
want to scream and shout
she constantly cries
not knowing why
life is the way it is
trying to live not for her self
but only for her kids
