Dreams from a forgotten past

Diamond tears float within my grasp
As I glance up to the glistening sun
I await my final gasp
Soon your solace will have begun
I'm falling deeper into bloody waters
Becoming my eternal tomb
I'll forfeit being heaven's daughter
As I die within her womb
Dying is simple, life is complex
I pray that I may soon be free
My tears bury my soul, put me to rest
I know it's the end of my plea
