Dark skies
Dark skies, clouded eyes
I see what others don’t, I do what others won’t
Barren ground, no one speaks a sound
No one dares speak the truth, not even the troubled youths
Forests rise, while people speak lies
Many speak with forked tongues, I’m amazed their words don’t burn their lungs
Cold oceans, remind me of lost devotions
All promises were broke, so many act like life is a joke
