Sometimes
Sometimes I feel like a caged bird,
Desperately wanting freedom, with many emotions stirred.
Sometimes I feel like a broken, shattered mirror,
Trying to put myself together, but I won't I fear.
Sometimes I feel like some sort of a little toy,
I’m being thrown here and there, there's no joy.
Sometimes I want to know why growing up is so complicated,
And why it's so important to be very mature and educated.
