In Front

Up in front, here I am
Hung up like clothes or ham
Stage fright taking over me
Sweat pouring down my face I can't see
I'm standing up here
I can't imagine anyone in underwear
All I can do is stare
Being in front of a lot of people is a scare
Blinking, stopping, and pores leaking
I'm not fond of public speaking
I love to share my work
But saying it out loud I feel like a dork
Poems are what i like to write
Pens defy swords in a fight
I think writing is fun
The best part is the reaction when i'm done.

Oh my gosh, great poem! I can totally relate to this piece. I get nervous when I share with a crowd, but seeing the reactions of other people are priceless. Great job, keep up the awesome work!
