Bedroom
Nothing could stay tidy in that place,
And nothing knew of personal space.
A tall porcelain doll always guarding,
Two sister's clothes scrambled together like a confused rainbow.
A huge oak toy-box harboring Bratz dolls and a powerful purple dragon,
And Polly Pockets waited patiently,
hoping and praying to not fight with Barbie.
One bed held enough blankets for a small army,
and the hamper was terrified for what was coming next.
Nothing wasn't used as a toy in that room,
even pencils were blood-thirsty swords.
