The Feeling That You'll Never Fit In
You'll never understand that feeling of hate,
The feeling of destroying your cleanest slate,
The feeling as your razor cuts deeper within,
The feeling that you'll never fit in.
The mirror stares with hatred back,
Hatred that doesn't cut me slack,
Hatred that wants me to be think,
The feeling that you'll never fit in.
The test scores come back next class,
Your heart now shatters like fragile glass,
You're failing school, you'll never win,
The feeling that you'll never fit in.
Others eyes shine bright like stars,
If only beauty looked like scars,
You're holding all of these tears in,
The feeling that you'll never fit in.
Life is not as great as it seems,
What's the point of living with tons of shattered dreams?
The thoughts of death are closing in,
And the feeling that you'll never fit in.
