Lifesize
we stole the stars near the sun
so that their warmth
lit the town
we felt so tall, we grabbed a cloud
it was our parachute when we came down
from our wonder through the milkyway
we gathered all the fireflies
flew them past the midnight skies
they gather close to form our star,
that gives the universe
the sweetest glow
we stand like roses above maddening crowd
measuring eachother in lightyears,
love blinds our imperfections
larger than life,
we become
great in the eyes
of our love
