Oh Mr. Ignorance
You tell us there's no light
You come out every morning and say it's always night
You come out with your blindfold
And accusation in your hand
You get out on your podium
And shout "There is no other man!"
You stand on your suburban house
And look above everyone else
You say there's no one out there
No one out there to help
Just your sweet old neighbors spouse
And their perfect little house
But if you came down from your perch
And took the blindfold from your eyes
Maybe you could see it too
And maybe you could see past your pride
