Gas prices rapidly rising
The richer not caring about it
But the working society
Crowding around the gas station
Spending excessive amounts of money
To fill up for the weeks
Parents wondering how they will supply for their young
Road rage on 280
I'm only a kid,
But is this word going insane,
A future with the promise
of a black president
Rappers, writing about a recession
College to apply for,
But in the end,
Who should I cry for?
