The night sky,
Beautiful and calming.
The light breeze,
Gently hitting your face.
Suddenly,
It's cold.
Your get a feeling
In the pit of your stomach...
Something's wrong,
Someone's there,
Someone's watching,
Or is it just your imagination?
No,
It's worse.
It's your broken heart
Showing you
What you need to see,
As those salty tears
Roll down your cheeks.

The author's comments:
I've had my heart broken so many times and it feels like my heart is being torn apart and soon a scar develops. I always seem to tear it off and once again things go down the drain. Inside me it feels like i'm being torn into tiny pieces but on the outside i'm fine. This poem is about me and it explains a lot about my love live... even though there's a lot more to it then i've told anyone and that you know.
