Within the borders by the wood,
I meant the lenient beast with claws
And bloody swift-dispatching jaws."

What we called custom is slowly withering
Flowers crumble in the cool fall
Down with the pale yellow leaves that the wind wound
Minds like twine between others
Stare for we strangers are far too different
People don't want to relate
To the sensation of black glass hearts shattering
Emotions we never quite liked are now dying
Lovers can't feel the happiness like they did a long time back
Against the wall there is nowhere for humanity to run
Like run on sentences.

The author's comments:
(Read this by using the last word of each sentence as the beginning of the next) I wrote this on a sudden impulse, like I do most things, not really thinking just writing. I guess sometimes thoughtless writing has beauty to it as well.

if you can't handle me at my worst,
then you certainly don't deserve at my best!

it is the events that shape our lives,
but it is the choices we make that define us...

life is not about finding yourself,
life is about creating yourself

nice creativity....i liked the connection ^_^   by the way, i'm a huge fan of linkin park and hannibal too!!!!
