Invisible Me
There he stands,
So tall and proud,
My love,
My life,
My dream.
There he stands,
Seemingly staring at me,
But seeing nothing,
But a tree,
Standing behind.
Invisible me
I smile a smile,
Knowing,
And undisturbed,
For we live on two separate worlds
But maybe some day he’ll see,
Little old,
Invisible,
Me.
