Love Song For Death
Unfathomable mystery
 Draped in an ethereal light
 I shiver with delicious horror
As the shadow of your embrace falls on me
With every passing second,I inch nearer and nearer.
I would turn to face you-but I assume you are too blinding, too bright.

 Though your distant call
Is blocked by an invisible wall...
Are you the journey drawing to a close-
 Are you the final destination?
Will you make me forget me and my woes?
Or are you a stoppage,a station?
Or are you a portal to another world,
 To some strange land?

I wish to know-I crave the knowledge
But they have me trapped in a cage...
Since I cannot walk to you
 I sit,holding her hand and I wait
 Instead.
