All The Same
He was never good for me,
I knew before long He would flee.
He’d steal my happiness; leave me alone,
with no one else to call my own.
As I felt him leave, He arrived,
The type of whom I’ve been deprived.
But just like before, I got lost in a world
Where a heartless boy made a broken girl.
Back to square one, left in need,
But then came the one who I thought would succeed.
Surely one, it’s only fair.
No, of course; He never did care.
Suddenly, I want no one near.
I wish their faces would disappear.
I start to think how it’s such a shame,
But in the end, they were all the same.
