Blinding Love Addiction
This urgency pulses through my veins,
Throbs underneath my skin,
This need for you swallows me whole,
Teeth ripping me apart
Puncturing my soul,
The fear settles
In the depths of my mind,
Controling my every move;
Putting me into a new state of blind,
Giving me these convulsions
At every new mention of love,
Your touch feeds me this unbearable sensation,
Every word burning me into a new kind of critical condition,
Every promise strengthening the proof
That I'm just another victim,
Making it impossible to live without a steady supply
Of the one thing that weakens my system,
Every mention of your name
Reminds me you're just my brand,
My special kind of drug,
My unbreakable addiction.
