"I write as I breathe because if I didn't I would die."

A blush climbs at my cheeks
Evertime I see him smile
I know if I need something
That he'd walk the mile

That voice is so soothing
So full of truth
So deep and wise
Yet an entierty of youth

His are searching
Tempting through mine
My stomach is churning
Heart leaps out of time

Moving a bit closer
Stepping more near
He's right in front of me
Not sure whether to fear

Entwines our hands now
Sends a jump through my chest
A hand gently releases our clasp
As my cheek is then carressed

Lightly lifts my chin
As he pauses, it is bliss
Savouring the moment
He leans towards me

The kiss

Lips forming to my own
Hand held across my spine
Embracing me, I've flown
And I know he is mine

Pulling me in tonight
Then the release
Though it's dark under the moonlight
All fears I've had cease

As I lean in him
We are one
I can feel the heat sink in
Even without the sun

I love this poem! It has true heart and feeling put into the hard work it took to make this poem!

I especially like it because it takes the true meaning of love's kiss and puts it into perspective for you!

It really sounds like something my not only bestest friend in the whole world, but my sister for life would say about her boyfriend, soon to be father and hopefully husband!

Wow. That's really fantastic! Puts me right there, watching! Voyeurism aside.

Incidentally, the r precedes the e in entirety, only one r in caress, and I like the quasi-european spelling of savoring!
