Chicken Pox Party

My brother was the one who brought them home,
The evil creatures rode in his backpack,
Smooching a free ride on his shoulder,
Just so they wouldn't have to pay for the bus ticket.
The cheating cheapstakes cackled with glee,
When they succeeded in invading the privacy of our home.
They gave no regard to our feelings or health
As they laid an ambush.
Suddenly'ZING! ZZT!
My ears started buzzing,
My eyes started watering
Oh no!
The putrid pox pack had finally struck!
There was no safety, and
They quickly conquered all the members of my family.
We lay in agony,
Unable to toss or turn or scratch or itch,
Pox pustules all over our bodies,
waiting volcanoes of ooze and germs.
I could hear their Bings, Bongs, and Bops,
As they partied inside our bodies,
Those beastly buffoons.
But revenge was sweet, as the magical healing cream
Started its work,
The pox pack packed their bags, wailing and weeping,
As they were forced to evict.
In shame and shambles, they left,
Never to invade us again,
But towards the next unknowing victim.
