If it makes you less
Sad, I will sleep by your bones,
With the sugared moon,
Underneath the willow's shade,
Where someday I will find you.
Few times I've sought to
Find your cherry face again,
But all I find is
The current of your fire,
Drifting somewhere in the wind.
And if it makes you
Less sad, I will die jaded,
With you, next to you.
