Your love is like a rose
You draw people in with your beauty
And hurt them with your thorns
Your heart has been broken
Many times before
You threw away the key
As you locked the front door
I'm sorry that you're hurt this way
I'm sorry that they left
Your heart is like rose
So beautiful and sweet
From the petals
But in so much pain
From the thorns
