My inspiration

One cold day
when will it end?
my heart is compacted
with multiple sins
I let out a cry
a burst of tears,
it stings my eyes
could this be a sign of clarity?
As season days have warmed
so have mine
but only with a mild touch
Am I empty inside?
Is my heart truly hollow?
As I think of these things
A gulp becomes a swallow
Suddenly realizing I can do all things through you.
My God, you are my inspiration
Tell me what I am to do
