Heaven is a long ways away
if only it could be a bit closer
there are things I would love to tell you
that I never got a chance to say
There’s not a day that goes by
that I don’t want to talk
though there's no way to call you
because you’re in heaven
I guess I just have to trust the fact
that you’re listening
but until we meet again
I just want to say thanks
for being the best Papa
a little girl could meet
