i am a friend

i am a dreamer
reaching for the stars.
i am strong,
enough to stand up for what is right.
i am not,
going to be a bully.
i am hopeful,
not to be bullied.
i am brave,
enough to be the bigger person.
i am courageous,
and have the will to stand up for others.
i will not stand,
to see someone be bullied and hurt.
i am strong,
enough to walk away.
i am proud,
to be who i am.
i am me!
a writer, an artist, a daughter, a sister, a student,
but best of all,
i am a friend!
