My life
April 26, 2016
My life has been like a hurricane.
Tearing me apart and leaving me stranded.
And I've fought through pain.
Momma has always told me to keep trying
And there's always light at the end of the tunnel.
I took her word and kept going when I felt like dying
Mom has brought men in our life
Most of them had mouths sizzling with anger
In the house there was always strife
Right now I'm in the eye
I've fought through my whole life
Even when I felt like I shouldn't try.
