Orange Lights
You followed me in the dark as dim light was glowing behind us.
Your eyes were bright and your voice low,
But I clung to every word you said.
And I wanted to lead you everywhere
But everything comes to an end.
So through a material jungle, I was looking for you,
But men like you are hard to find.
And I wanted to reach for you but my fingers stayed cold without your touch,
So I said I would wait for the right time to love you.
Now I start to wonder if the day will come.
