Cry a River, Let it Flow
Don’t be afraid to cry
To let out your pain
Know that these tears will pass you by
And no longer drive you insane
Embrace the tears that stream down your cheek
Don’t hide what you feel
Crying doesn’t make you weak
It makes your feelings all the more real
So let those tears fall
And when life gets tough
Make sure to stand up tall
And know you will feel better sure enough
Your tears will wear away
They will fall down drop by drop
But they are not forever, and definitely not there to stay
Your pain will heal and you will know when to stop

We need to let it all out because after we feel our pain, really feel it, then the healing process begins:)
