Ballet of Celestial Hearts
Beyond the skies, a timeless ballet
Two celestials that fancy a sway
With the morning herald, a golden sphere
The contrasting satelite ending dawn sincere
As daylight wanes, a quiet plea
Chasing shadows crawling to be seen
The bright aurora subsides and remits
The call of the dark imparts and transmits
Unending cycles of reciprocity endure
Yet, their souls and hearts seek to yearn
A life-lasting ballet, symbol of destiny's return
Persisting a bond's love that will forever burn
Unveiling themselves as they both cast their shadows
Radiance and gloom intertwine as their spark hollows
The nocturne and the luminescence bound for eternity
Hearts of purity surrender in serenity
Serenades composed as they remember
Fates leading to the twilight of love that embers
The whispers of their longing ache their shape
As they begin to fade for such a mistake
But the couple seized to epitomize their fall
As they held each other against love's brawl
They sung and hummed and danced and swayed
Perpetuity of their devotion they longed and prayed
Heavens knew their meeting was fatal
But the gods made their tenderness a divine will's staple
As they struggled to cradle against each other's warmth
They began to take shape contrasting the norms
Orbs of light and dark now known as the "sun" and "moon"
Looking at themselves they recalled history's tune
Neither of them protested their flaws
For at last, they bestowed a god's applause
As time passed, stars embellished the chronicle stretch
But not outshining the couple's new forms
The sight of each other filled them with fate's ballet
For the essence of love, they never ended to sway

I'm a freshman who's getting the hang of writing poems and just writing in general! I'd love to receive feedback from this original :) Enjoy!
