People now a days don't take relationships serious. They end up hurting people because a relationship isn't important to them. It’s sickening to see people being used. When he says, “And even less heart left to break.” His heart was broken before and doesn't get better as he goes.

Same here. Its an amazing poem, I love it. But I'm not really sure what its saying. I thought maybe it was something about cancer because "no hair left" but than maybe just about love because of the last line.
