toppling signs
Standing tall
And proud
And hard
And soft
And empty
And full
And so well off
Concubine Stature
and Irrelevant Mind
She was…
She was
Hidden—
The Real Abigail—
so close to my
contemplating power
and benevolent sight
she seized my right hand
with her left
and ruled
from behind
