Lost and Forgotten
I’m glad I was your victim.
All your problems came to me.
Every day you came home,
Your thoughts came to be.
You screamed in my face
Felt happy with glee.
Every day I saw you
I wanted to flee.
Letting out your anger
soon changed me.
We were a happy family.
Until things started to change.
All the thoughts still rush through my head.
Leaving me with pain.
We played outside.
Jumped through puddles in the rain.
You used to be my hero
Until you made me feel insane.
The walls are closing in.
My time is near.
I miss my childhood.
It’s hard to handle all the tears.
Trying to stay strong
Is harder than it looks.
I hate to say this so
I will write it in the books.
