Senses
A star hears the singing of Christmas carols,
it rests on top of the green tree.
A star smells everything made in the kitchen,
between cookies and casseroles.
A star sees santa hiding all the presents,
whether big or small.
A start talks to itself,
Lonely and has nothing else to do.
A star feels the prickly part of the Christmas tree,
very uncomfortable but has nowhere else to sit.
A star sits waiting to be noticed day by day,
it hears the sounds of every late night conversation.
