Why don't you love me?
No, don't answer that
I don't want to hear that you don't like who I am
I don't want to hear that you don't like what I do
Because I can't change who I am
And I won't change the things I do
Because the things I do make me feel things
You make me feel things
You make me feel better than the things I do
You make me feel happy
But I know that I don't make you feel happy
I want you to feel how you make me feel
I want to make you feel that way
But I don't and I can't
So why can't you love me?

I wrote this piece one night at 3 in the morning because I couldn't sleep. It isn't from my perspective, but I relate to it a bit.
