LIfe is like a tree
Stand straight, for all the world can see your beauty
Your strength and unending beauty strives to have me speechless.
In a search for the sunlight, you count on for life
When the winds of the world are high and restless.
You lose a limb or two, It only makes you stronger.
All the generations have come and gone and making the world something we do not want.
You remained silent and stayed unvarying.
I hope one day I will gain the strength you have.
To face each day with some hope, even if the skies are blue or grey.
