It is one of my greatest interests to see you in complete bliss,
And if I deprive you of the love you deserve,
I shall set you free,
I do not need your pity,
Nor your sympathy,
This weak heart may break,
But as long as you are happy,
I shall be content,
Do not give me false expectations,
And please,
Do not lie,
For it shall break me piece by piece,
While the truth will only be a quick snap,
But the worst way to say goodbye,
Is to say no before I ask you to,
Or to never have said hello,
Because a regret is the most malevolent gift one can give
