sunrise
In the pitch-dark night,
rain poured towards the ground,
and was tossed back towards the sky- tiny glass balls.
“Just a moment,” you murmured.
“You will see it,
after the sad, dark river submerges into the earth,
carrying away the blind and the ever-sleeping ones.
You will see it,
watch closely- as if it is your last chance,”
we climbed to the roof
In rain we danced, we trembled
until the blood-red sun jumped up the mountain and the rosy sunglow poured over the hills.
