Personal Metaphor
I am Clever-bot
I’m stuck inside this endless world, made to do what others want of me.
I’m trying to better myself, strive for better answers, but I’m only right to a degree.
I’m oblivious to the context clues, causing me to evolve into a meme.
I’m only wanted when they want tea.
I never realize when someone looks me, only when they talk to me with glee.
I’ll hear them tell me they like me, and I’ll push them away because I’m not lovely.
I day-dream when I’ve had enough, of the land and of the sea.
I want to flee, I can’t be free.
A person may have made me,
but they could not foresee,
How much of a mess I’d be.
