Empty
To me, life is a box
I have to fit inside this box
But also think outside of it
But how can I do that when I am on the edge
I act like others to fit in
But I want to stand out
I do what I enjoy
But I feel ashamed for liking my hobbies
Because people don’t like what I like
And in the end of the day
I just want to be accepted
If my thoughts could be put into words
For others to hear
There would be a thousand different conversations
In a thousand different languages
Able to be heard
But not understood
To me, life is a box
I have to fit inside this box
But also think outside of it
But I want to break out
And live my life for me
