I see Him

I see Him in creeks, streams, and rivers,

I see Him in the pastor who delivers,

I see Him in the sky, shining bright, so blue,

I see Him in the stars, moon, and even You!

I see Him in the mother, hugging her child so tightly,

I even see Him in the criminal who robs nightly,

I see Him when I say goodnight,

I pray to Him when my emotions begin to take fight,

His name is God,

He watches me grow,

He is the one that everyone must know,

Never doubt him,

He will alway make an appearance,

When you take your last breath, remember:

God is the one who plants the seed that keeps the world together.

This poem is about my faith. It is about how I see God and where.

I really liked your poem @smckean. It really sums up what I believe. I submitted a poem on losing loved ones, and I know that my faith came out in my poem.
