"Every secret of a writer's soul, every experience of his life, every quality of his mind, is written large in his works." Virginia Wolf

A fire burns within,

And water can't win.

As it burns,

Something turns.

Turns to the darkside,

Taking my shattered soul on a ride.

Piece by piece it builds,

My broken soul it wields.

Now I can't be broken,

A fire has awoken.

It says, "Look what I've become."

Because you never helped me up,

When I laid broken.

The author's comments:

This poem is about the time in every person's life (at least those diagnosed with depression) feel that life is over and that it will never get better so all that there is left to do is give in to the raging fire saying bite back but your not alone because there will always be a way out.

Love, because you can’t love your way out of the lunatic asylum, but it makes it more fun to be a lunatic.

"It Will Be Good." (complicated semi-spiritual emotional story.)

"Upon his bench the pieces lay
As if an artwork on display
Of gears and hands
And wire-thin bands
That glisten in dim candle play." -Janice T., Clockwork[love that poem, dont know why, im not steampunk]
