I know,
I can lean on you,
When I feel,
Too weak to stand.
Now I lean,
On empty space,
Your gone,
But your memories,
Are not erased.
I see a smiling face,
Greeting me,
With hope and friendship.
Now there is,
No hope to heal,
The loneliness I feel.

The author's comments:

This is about when someone who you called a true friend moves away, you feel the prop holding you up is gone and that your legs will fail. All (or most at least) of my poems are based on my life experiences.

Love, because you can’t love your way out of the lunatic asylum, but it makes it more fun to be a lunatic.
