"I was born very far from where I'm supposed to be. So, I guess I'm on my way home."

snow melts and shorts
tryna convince myself I'm somebody else
my schedule's too full to even think
but at least I don't gotta see my shrink
I tell myself I'm fine, I'm just dramatic
by summertime I'll be an adrenaline addict
taking my chances on every assignment
cause its fourth quarter and I lost motivation
waiting for the temperature be 90 degrees
cause I'm so done with a chilly breeze
I've got seasonal depression
summer makes it just a bit lessen
I've got seasonal depression
waiting for spring, cause summer's a blessing

I wrote this poem about spring, and how it always comes with relief from my seasonal depression.
