Favorite Quote:
"I was born very far from where I'm supposed to be. So, I guess I'm on my way home."

I'm an early budding rose
But I'm not how you might think
For speaking not of beauty
Or the lovely color pink

Like a rose I have layers
That will slowly peel away
To give way to the center
And a beautiful display

Beware to prick your finger
On my one a many thorns
The blood-red color will linger
Don’t say you were never warned

To view authenticity
And to see me in full bloom
Stay long enough to need me
Make sure you never assume

That just because I need you
I'd be weak enough to beg
And just because I love you
I'd drink your lies from your keg

If we're all early bloomers
then those on time look quite late
If we all have walls, layers
then the daisies can't relate

Loving me will lead to war
And I’ll hand you the bullets
But if you make it to my core
I'll whisper you my secrets

He who dares not grasp the thorn
Should never crave the rose
On all the known stars I’ve sworn
That I'll never lose my prose
