Nature's Greeting

Rays of sun glint and glitter over the sparkling water. Waves churn and splash out into the cattails and swampy marsh grass. The old forsaken and dead trees border the swamp almost standing guard to anything trying to get in. I walk alongside the swamp on my right. On my left is the rest of the forest. Dark trees shade and encompass with a familiar safety. Each branch shifting in the wind is a small wave hello.
