I feel frozen

Stuck in time

Unable to move

While my feet 

Are begging for me to go

And my brain

Is screaming for me to give in. 

I feel terrified

To lose those around me

For they are the last link

Of consistency

I have left in my life

And sometimes i worry

They will look at me

And decide i am too far gone to be saved

And they will let go of my hand

In a space of darkness. 

I feel like people rip pieces off of me

And hide them in places 

I can't find. 

I feel pathetic 

And guilty

Because i look in the mirror

And see all my problems

Staring back at me

But i just don't care enough to fix them. 

And that absolutely shatters me.
