Anxiety
Anxiety
“Calm down”
“just breathe”
“Its ok”
I wake up
Thinking im good
Then they all come
Flooding my mind
A blur of thoughts
Running through
each one giving me
More reasons to doubt myself
I feel overwhelmed
My heart beating
Faster and faster
My head spinning
All of a sudden I can’t breathe
My head becomes numb
I lose my senses
Til the point where I can’t speak
Oh how I wish I could
Because I have so much to share
Oh how I wish
I could control my anxiety
